I think Kim Dan is like this because all his life he was mistreated, I almost feel if we got a school back flash he’s be bullied too, or dropped out, ignored by society. I can kinda see why he fell for him. His bar is so low for people because of how he grew up, abused and just barely getting by. Then comes in this guy that can throw money at people have him a home visits his grandma I can see where a pitiful character like Dan sees Jahaek as smth important.

This I can’t describe how hurt I felt reading this. I feel so sad all these kids never got proper healing for everything that happened to them. Even the fact that MC is suffering from a mental disorder hurts me even more or the younger brother blaming his brother for something they wouldn’t control. I had really hopes Estelle would live, I rooted so hard for her recovering the minute they escaped I thought she made it. Definitely fell in love with this story.
