Well there might be a stress factor in his fainting but MINOR cuts on the head often bleed heavily because the face and the scalp have MANY blood vessels close to surface of the skin.
Well i guess there was a stress factor as well but in Lizzies case there was a domestic violence and trauma that comes from it but in his case I don’t think his fainting was realistic but like you said his body is 10 years old so his body might not cope with the stress
