Well well well if it isn't a second ML? I am glad they introduced this new chara i thought the story was advancing in a strange manner but the second ML probably came to bring some stability to the plot - something like love triangle and jelousy arcs. Though TBH he could also be an excuse for jelousy driven porn?? Honestly i don't really like the 1st ml - even though i know he is most likely end game - so another more normal character is a breath of fresh air.
Every second of reading this manga is pure bliss. Thank god and the translators.

The artist/adaptator person said in their post-note that they never reached the ending of the og story so, no, this is probably not the actual ending.
