I beat they don’t even have a good reason to completely change the prince’s character. There was so many ways the plot could have went instead of the bullshit they chose to pull.
It wasn’t that bad that the mc forgot his memories when he fell. The author could have made the prince jump after and save him. Then he could have taken care of him and helped him get his memories back or when the Prince found him he could have still been the green flag that he was in the beginning. The author changed his character for no reason at all.
The author just wanted to cause unnecessary drama. This story could have been so good but now it’s garbage. Because the author wanted to butcher their characters for drama.

Woori is weirding me out. People love to call the ML manipulative but ignore how woori also takes advantage of the MC’s denseness to get into his pants. But it’s supposed to be okay because he likes the MC.
At the movies he told the MC something like friends “help each other out” and (like the ML) uses his hair sensitively. Adding the newest chapter too. It’s just weird to me. I sure would not like if someone I see as a friend started dry humping me at our sleepover. But maybe it’s just me.

Dude I'm not doing this again with trying to explain how nuanced sexual interactions can be in real life. MC isn't stupid, his thoughts and actions were both lined up with "Oh this feels good let's keep going" I'm sorry they didn't sit down over coffee and have a full length discussion about preferences because you consider that the only possible form of consent.
Sure the MC isn’t stupid but that doesn’t mean that woori can just do that to him without even doing the bare minimum and asking if the MC wanted that in the first place. It’s not hard to ask the MC. Woori can literally just say “hey can I do this to you” and no one would have a problem.
Sure we can see his thoughts and know the MC was at least somewhat interested after Woori started but woori can’t read his thoughts. Woori just decided to carry out his desires with no regard if the MC wanted to do that with him in the first place. That’s called sexual harassment (borderline grape). Doing something sexual with someone without their consent is gross. Bottom line. No matter how much you try to defend him Woori didn’t say for the MC’s consent. You can like Woori and not defend his gross actions.

I was talking about the newest chapter. Woori didn’t ask for the MC’s consent before he started. The “friends help each other out bit” was, in my opinion, a bit manipulative but I didn’t mind that one and it can be excused.
in my opinion i don’t really find it weird bc if the mc wanted to stop he would have said so but instead he went on with the act and even pushed his hips up against woori he may be an airhead but he’s not stupid, he’s an adult and he knows how sex and consent work so i don’t really think he was manipulated into a sexual act but everyone has different pov of it ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Yeah the MC is not stupid but he is weak to pleasure especially if it’s his hair. That was established in this story multiple times. Also Woori didn’t really give him a chance to tell him to stop or even voice his opinion. He just started to fulfill his desires while the MC was just chilling. That’s what made me uncomfy.
It feels manipulative to me because Woori hides behind the friend label and the MC doesn’t have much experience with friendship so he doesn’t know that friends don’t really help each other out like that. That’s why it feels, in my opinion, that Woori was taking advantage of the MC’s naivety of friendship to get into his pants.

I just finished reading the whole story and one thing is on my mind.
The younger brother should have suffered more. He didn’t deserve the happy ending he got.
I understand that he had a sad backstory but that doesn’t mean he can just abuse and rape someone who was down on luck. Every single main character that was introduced had a sad backstory but they didn’t abuse and rape someone because of it. Idc what anybody says he doesn’t deserve to be happy. He didn’t even try to apologize for what he did.
I think you misunderstand the intention of the creator. This is not a series where people get punished for their wrongdoings or get redempted. It is more on the realistic psychological side. He didn't need to say sorry because that's just how life is. People hurt other people and they don't get what they deserve.if you're looking for that type of story maybe focus on my generic bls

Sure people don’t always apologize in life but that doesn’t mean that he didn’t need to. If you do something wrong you’re supposed to apologize. I agree with you except that part.
Also I do enjoy these type of bl stories and generic ones but I don’t need you to tell me to read generic ones because I felt that a character that did bad things deserved worse or should apologize to the person they hurt. No I agree he needed to apologize but I don't think it would be realistic to. Like as a character he's so proud and he didn't really feel remorse for everything he did to yegeum so I don't think it would be in character to apologise. Also sorry if I came across as rude.
They honestly ruined the story for me. I ended up skipping all the chapters they were in. Why couldn’t the author like separate the chapters they were in from the main couple.
But anyway, sure the main couple wasn’t the best but the side couple really is the worse. Toxic red flags are everywhere. One is blunt and insensitive asshole. while the other is just filled with anger issues. And the whole convo the group had near the end of the story was the final straw for me. And don’t forget all the grape/dubious consent there was in their whole story.
The main couple were a bit boring but at least they weren’t as toxic as the side couple.

I'm not a ML hater but from what I gathered up in the comment section, people don't like how he used MC's naïveté to sleep with him and then as soon as MC wants to bring up feelings he stops him and says he'd rather they stay in a fwb type of relationship - since Woori seems really sweet they're all like "oh he should end up with Woori because then they would make a cute and sweet couple"
he's just done pretty much nothing to be seen as the best option in the story so far, and while he's not bad or anything, he's actively pushing MC away, to the point woori showing any sort of basic emotion for the MC is groundbreaking.
woori is perfectly average, ML just makes the bar soooo low that it makes the difference seem huge
