I lowkey ship her with the black-haired guy. They have way more chemistry. Their interactions are funnier, more emotional, and just feel more real.
It could've gone in a different direction, but nope. I think I'm gonna drop it. The brown-haired guy and the FL just make me go, "Oh... okay."
Brown-haired guy: "I like you now."
FL: "Okay, I guess I'll stop shipping you with the princess."
It just doesn't click for me. She spends all this time wanting him and the princess to end up together, and then suddenly she wants him for herself? It feels so inconsistent.
It would've been much more interesting if she had genuinely fallen for him and was constantly afraid that she could be sent back to her own world at any moment. If that happened, he wouldn't be with her anymore—he'd be with the original owner of the body, who would be a complete stranger to him. That would've created a real emotional dilemma. She knows she can't be with him because she could disappear at any time, so for his own happiness, he should end up with the princess.
[YAOI] Hey, I'm looking for a manga title but forgot the name. The story is about a straight man who throw up on a god statue and he is cursed. He starts to have sexy dreams about a coworker. The coworker is gay and secret loves the straight guy.

Too bad you are in story about brown haired sub male lead story I hope you can find another story that suits your preference!
First of all, FL never liked the black haired one. You could say she even hated him. His personality is literally what she dislikes/hates and honestly I can see why.
Secondly, FL seemed to have liked/loved the brown haired from the beginning. She liked him so much that she wanted him to be happy and not be lonely, which is why she wanted him to end up with the princess. Because originally the brown haired's happiness depended and came from the princess. But since the brown haired himself said that he is happy because of the FL, and he thinks being with FL will bring joy to FL, FL accepted his confession.
Thirdly, it was obvious from the start that the brown haired will be the ML so idk why you think it could've gone in another direction
Anyways, I'm so happy FL and ML started dating so quickly (tho is it really quick if it's 40 chs?). I'm so happy there was no bullshit drama with FL rejecting him because ML needs to be with the princess for his happiness or whatever.
Y'all let them ship, it ain't that serious. I could totally see the vision. That's why enemies to lovers is such a popular trope.
