I have a theory that it was shown that lied’s sister bloodline ability was the closest to the original there’s a chance it’s the same thing with purson’s older brother, where instead of erasing one’s presence it can erase memories of other demons meeting him, which is why purson’s clan couldn’t find his brother since he “disappeared” when he really just erased their memories of him before escaping and once his spell came off ,they remembered oh I had another kid where did he go
