This definitely is a very well written and emotionally complex story. Even the art direction of it was so cinematic and I really do love how it played out. Tbh I don’t understand why so many people are hating on McQueen yes he definitely did some shady shit especially with that rape film, which honestly should have never even been made and I stand by that. He was very wrong for that. But at the same time everyone is an adult, they all made choices whether out of desperation or need or desire and sometimes those come with consequences. Although I am very against Mcqueen’s film, I kind of get his warped desire to make art, which I think comes from his part of being a gay porn director and actor that for so long. Not to mention Yeonwoo said a lot of shift to him too and I think we can all agree that both of the things they said to eachother was out of anger and fear. The porn industry has always been shady and exploitative but it was still hard reading how many of these characters were trapped in a sense of self loathing and hatred for the industry as well as gay people.

Tbh I used to love reading stories like this but it seems the olde to get the more brain cells get turned on because I can’t help but feel like the female lead was really really wrong for hiding his son from him for so long like even though that was his dream it’s still his life at the end of the day and it’s just awful for doing that. I know she was trying to protect him but that’s still wrong, trying to control someone’s life like that and making decisions for them. He’s a grown man and can make his own decisions for his life too.

Wow this was really stupid. I feel like I need to wash my eyes out with holy water. I really dislike iroha and Tsubasa. They keep describing that he’s a good and harmless guy but all his actions in my opinion are too much. You don’t know either of them that well so why are you interfering so much. In my opinion that was cheating. ☹ and iroha, she just comes off as really stupid to me. Although she says she likes the ML, she doesn’t really put in any effort to reassure him or to get to know him. It’s like he’s carrying all of the emotional labor. Although he is super intense, I don’t think she makes it any better or wants to. It’s like she expects him to do all the work in their relationship.
