Yes and no. The protagonists are childhood friends, and they maintain an intimate and sexual relationship even as adults. It's just that the MC is confused by the manipulation surrounding him. As for the second ML, it's impossible to like him; each chapter only serves to make you hate him more. He's a very good villain.
