No no no I have studied a Lil bit of psychopaty in forensics Sciences and I don't think he's a psychopath at all. Maybe a sociopath but I still think he's still away from that. Many neurodivergences and personality disorders have some simmilar traits.

-he's possessive over his friend, but he cares a lot about him and is very perceptive about his feelings. He knows when he is lying (so he comprehends emotions) and he can feel emotions such as jealousy, loneliness and happiness ti be with him.
- he's has violent reflexes (but has learned how to surpress the urge and knows that it is wrong) and doesn't like to interact with friends but pretends to be neurological to fit. Yet he dislikes people.

Hey I know this is a very late reply but this comment is rlly insensitive. Aspergers isn’t a recognized disorder anymore, it’s just autism now. And this comment implies something negative w these disorders. Lumping in Autism w Narcissism is very insensitive as Autism is just something your born with. Narcissism is a cluster-b mental disorder and while it can be be genetic, it is usually because of a traumatic childhood experience that someone develops it. People with Narcissism aren’t monsters, it’s important to acknowledge that they can be toxic if theyre not seeking help with managing the disorder, but it’s still important to treat them as people. I don’t have Narcissism, but as someone who suffers from a different cluster-b disorder, BPD, it’s very hurtful.

Am I being insensitive for wanting to know more about what is his neurodivergence? I don't think so it was a genuine question as I am a geneticist researcher myself and want to know. Idk about your knowledge but in my country asperger is indeed part of the autism spectrum but it is still a neurodivergence. I myself did not diagnose him with any of the aforementioned neurodivergence as I am not a psychiatrist. And I did not "lump" I am no specialist by no means, all I know are some characteristic traits as I myself live with a narcissist and with a autistic person, and he has some of these traits so I honestly asked and I still wanna know whether if it might be one of those. Who knows if a specialist might appear and answer properly. If you felt offended by a honest question and misread my intentions i think you should go seek treatment instead of reading yaoi while looking for dumb fights in the comments. Back to the main topic, talking genuinely, I mentioned asperger because from what I know the autism spectrum has many levels and asperger is one of the levels with less evident characteristics. The main lead seems to have no problem communicating with people and no problem with loud songs, and he is very smart and cunning. All I see that could be related to it is that he mirrors "normal people behavior " and he gets very stressed while not in his confort zone (his childhood friend). He does not deals well with changes too. He is violent tho, I don't see violence being a trait but it might be of his personality or the way he deals with his discomfort. If he were to be autistic I would say his hiperfocus is in his childhood friend.

However, I still will say that in the future do not use the term aspergers because many people within the autistic community are not comfortable with that term, as now they are just considered autistic. Also I think as someone w BPD he could have untreated BPD, esp since you mentioned the potential that his hyperfocus is his childhood friend. Cause BPD comes with this little side effect called “favorite persons” which are literally people we unintentionally grow so attached to that we see them as an extension of ourselves. So like if our favorite person is sad, we’ll be sad. And if it feels like they might abandon us, we spiral and do anything to keep them from leaving. It’s a toxic behavior and leads to unhealthy relationships. This is because a key characteristic of the personality disorder is that it is characterized by an intense fear of abandonment. It also includes things like an unstable self-image and impulsive/reckless behavior. It isn’t treatable with medicine but ppl (like me) learn to manage it via therapy (specifically DBT therapy usually).

About the asperger topic, It's really nice to know that outside my country it has been more normalized to be in any scale of the autism spectrum. Here the prejudice is still strong with higher levels of autism and as asperger have "less autistic visible characteristics" they have the same rights but face less prejudice so many of them don't really want to be fully "tagged" as autism and still want to be "asperger". /gen tbh autism became a "topic to talk about" like 2 or 3 years ago here, it was still a taboo not a long ago

Omg I have never studied about bpd, tyvm for all the detailed info! That matches with many traits of his personality. Yea lol! I think he’s slightly a negative representation tho I do think ppl w BPD that go without therapy are real close to how he acts, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he has it. Spoken from someone who has it, it is a very difficult disorder to manage but those of us who understand that our behaviors hurt others try our best to learn how to change and manage our thoughts and behaviors. def recommend talking to your friend abt it if you’re concerned!
