Just recently finished https://www.mangago.me/read-manga/cherry_doll_scandal/ . I think it somewhat fits what you're asking for but the toxicity is very mild. Seme is a bit of a jackass towards uke at the start since he found out uke had a crush on him (nothing too extreme though. He's just annoying), what he deemed as playing with uke starts to turn into something more and he finds himself defending uke from other jackasses, uke cries a LOT and does whatever seme asks of him. He's just that type of person, uke suffered countless troubles in the past which led to him not believing seme when he said he liked him so there is a bit of a chasing arc. It's also idol x idol which i personally believe is a nice plus.

And yes it is fiction, but they do say fiction is just a reflection reality, so readers def should not be comfortable reading SA, you can still enjoy the work while being uncomfortable with some aspect of it, thats the point of the story i think

Nvm i skimmed.haven’t continued reading it cos i was marinating. Disappointed to know what happened. I liked the hyung from the earlier chapters. Thought hed be used as a second lead now that theyre adults and bd used as a driving force to help the leads confront their feelings. Cliche but okay plot. Was not expecting the backstory. Absolutely wtf. Liking the person now that theyre adults despite seeing them grow from kid to adult is one thing (this i can honestly forgive dont judge me i can explain) but liking them from a kid to grown up is wth. AND TO ACT ON IT?! Just why.

I have no problem with it. Tjian have a very strong bond since the beginning and chemistry is very good. It was very clear that TJ was always Ian's priority.
But I was so sure that joian will be the endgame because how focused the story was on joian in the present timeline. Meanwhile, Tjian were mostly representing the past.

I actually predicted that Ian will be waiting for TJ after he was releasing from jail, but I thought TJ would let him go to Jo. But, now that Iam has confessed, I don't think that's happening.
Anyways, I think some things are yet to be resolved, and most importantly, we need the see proper pov of Ian for this story to end.
(Also, I have not read the chapter, I have only seen the spoilers, so we are 100% sure that tjian is confirmed, right?)
