yes ml made mc dependent onto his pheromones by constantly scenting him but that was AFTER they both manifested as their secondary genders. Su-ah ain't powerful enough to turn juhyeok into an omega with just pheromones (he was literally a kid too). It doesn't work like that in omegaverses
It's stated that in the pre-screening he was supposed to be an alpha but he somehow turned into an omega and that's when the doctor asked them if he had any prolonged exposure to alpha pheromones. We've seen in the prologue that even before the secondary gender reveal ml was capable of releasing pheromones. Probably also the fact that he's part of a family full of alphas contributed to it.
That's why I jumped to that conclusion, I could be wrong tho
It may be omegaverse but some authors like to add their own spice to it.
his mother did say it's impossible to turn an alpha into an omega overnight with just pheromones (even his family is full of alphas so he had always been exposed to alpha pheromones) and even if su-ah released pheromones I really doubt it was intentional at that age cut a literal kid some slack
not saying current su-ah isn't evil or he didn't ruin juhyeok but that's a child I doubt he knew what he was doing
