Sadly, no. The alpha is a scaredy cat and uses a gas mask. When they were kids, they saw an omega in heat being raped in a alley and that's the reason why the alpha uses the mask.

I have read it. I assumed OP was getting some details mixed up as I have done the same thing in the past. The alpha in the manga I listed does have some trauma about omegas and heat, as well.

in germany we have 3 books. it was kinda a struggle bec. one puplisher released the first and second vol. and then nothing- then it turns out- they dont pulish it anymore. luckily after some time- another puplisher picked it up YAY :D

I’m trying to remember a story where the MC and ML have some sort of agreement. The MC lives in the ML's house but is mistreated by the staff, who neither feed him nor clean his room. I recall that at one point, the MC needs to visit a sick relative in the hospital and asks the ML's driver to take him, but the driver refuses (because the staff mistreat the MC); so, the MC walks there alone, only to find that his relative has already passed away. After that—if I’m not mistaken—the MC leaves the ML's house, and the staff members who used to mistreat him start trying to be nice.
