I think the mc was a researcher at a lab with the ml before he left the lab. Anyways, the ml was affected by this virus and I think it made his veins look all funky (like purple and stuff) and I think he slept with the mc in the side stories to manage the virus.
It know it's completed and I'm also pretty sure the ml's dad had something to do with the ml's virus.

I can't remember the name but I vaguely remember the plot. This illegitimate FL with red hair is forced to take the place of her half sister who's getting married to this war hero ML who the illegitimate FL saved when he was a kid. The ML doesn't recognize the FL at first but slowly starts to figure out she's the one who saved him. The half sister gets jealous of the attention the FL gets from the ML and decides to marry the ML herself but gets blown up.
