There's no absolute rules for omegaverse, so everything depends on the author. There are some mangas where pregnancy is possible for male alphas, and there are also some where only omegas are capable of birth.

The classic/original omegaverse is two alphas can have a baby if they're opposite genders. Two betas can have a baby if they're opposite genders. Only the omega can be pregnant regardless of their gender and their partner would be a male alpha or beta. The fated pair is only for Alpha x Omega. Also once an omega is marked by an alpha they can't have sex with anyone else except that alpha or else they'll be horribly sick, throw up, etc. However, the alpha can still have sex with others and be perfectly fine.

As another person stated, omegaverse has been altered by some authors and now it's kind of open to whatever your preference is. The new versions don't really follow the original much. People seem to like to keep the fated pair part though.

Newer versions include being able to become pregnant no matter what you are. In some, omegas are hated and cast out of society, while in others, they are just lusted after by everyone (mainly alphas). The most interesting new development is being able to change! I've read a few manga now where either it was a change that came with puberty or they got sick and it happened as a result. What I mean is a beta turning into an omega and so on. This was originally something that couldn't happen since they are normally tested at a young age to find out their second gender. It was decided by sperm count, pheromones, etc. Suddenly having all that inside of you changing isn't really realistic but you know authors just want to be creative and make things their way.

I admit it bothers me sometimes (the new versions), but at least they're kind of interesting.

An alpha can get pregnant if they're female in the classic/original omegaverse, alpha males can't. If an alpha MALE gets pregnant, no matter how or why, it's not the classic/original omegaverse. That would be a new altered version then. Like I said, originally the only males that can be pregnant are omegas. Hope that helps (●'◡'●)

lol yes I'm aware, that's what I said already. I was stating that there is the original omegaverse as well as the new omegaverse that has no rules. I was informing them of the original omegaverse rules and explaining that the manga that had read was a new omegaverse version, not the original/classic.

An alpha male can get pregnant in a new altered omegaverse. In this case, anyone can become pregnant, etc. It's all up to the author.
However, it's impossible for any male to become pregnant other than the omega if the author was following the original/classic omegaverse.

I've read one where a male beta got really sick and when he got better the doctors told him that he became an omega. I was like "whaaaat?"

It kind of upset me though because he liked his alpha male friend and that friend liked him back. For some reason, the alpha never confessed because of the complication that the guy was a beta.

Yeah I’ve read this one, I was shocked, I didn’t like all of it it just wasn’t bad, that there way to say that every rule has differences, there is omegaverse that I read about omega and alfa that got married and have a baby boy and described their life and show their life difficulties and how they managed to get throw it and have their parents acceptance then have a baby girl next that one was the most cute omegaverse I ever read ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
