It was a bl short manga I think around 6-10 chapters ? I remember the title having numbers in it. It was about this man who was sick (or just old idk) and they didn't want to leave their partner alone after he died so he had ordered a robot model of himself and like towards the end it was revealed that the partner had actually died a long time ago and that he was a robot and then the man died leaving both his robot model and his partners model together. (I read this a long time ago and don't remember the details. It was not colored. Also sorry for any confusion english is not my first language)
