I think I read this one two years ago, it was about an American guy ( Seme, light headed , muscular, smokes a lot) from the 50s who time travelled to modern japan, a salary man man finds and takes him , I think the Seme was injured when the uke found him, the uke had black hair and a mole under his eye If I'm remembering correctly. it's was a short manga that had a lot of smut, the art was pretty detailed too.
