I doubt it’s a Stockholm Syndrome, since that would mean he would be holding some kind of attachment and feelings towards him. I think it’s simple fear and trauma, I don’t think he would stay if he had an option to safely leave (which I think someone with a Stockholm Syndrome would do)

but that’s exactly what’s going on, he made himself believe that his boss is so talented and good, when he talks about him he praises him and it just felt like he didn’t understand what was wrong and i think the top will help him understand what’s going on. well we’ll find out soon and i can’t wait for all that to unfold

Was he like that? I thought he was just trying to cover it up, to seem okay and like nothing wrong is going on. I didn’t take that as his sincere opinion on the situation and with the boss himself he doesn’t seem fond of him, he seems scared. Personally, it doesn’t look like a Stockholm syndrome to me, just a typical abusive relationship with a lot of trauma and fear
