I’m honestly happy abt this chapter I don’t know many bls that make a traumatized characters inner child be present in panel but this was nicely done

I’m just reading this for the revenge plot side bc sometimes if becomes too much but learning the back ground of J and other characters will shock nonnovel readers so I’m here for it but I’m gonna cry during the fire I’m calling it
Can we also call out the fact anyone who goes through traumatic things process and respond differently because everyone’s brains and traumas are different—I also don’t see this backstory ending just at this especially with SOMEBODY showing up briefly. If he was SA’d by anyone and walked in on his dead dad and his dad being abusive his mom being MIA—we gotta take a step back and be like yeah. His actions aren’t excused but we also have to understand this is his character arch and he in fact acts the way he does because he was molded to do so.
I’m guessing it now he either wins bc of how pissed he is and baldy is gonna say some shit or he’s gonna lose and make Dan stay away from him because he’s gonna blame himself and kick himself while he’s down.
