There are two manga that I've been looking for: 1) 4-koma comedy about the relationship between a villain who's in love with his enemy, a magical girl. He's awkward around her, she's oblivious. I didn't read much, but there was a scene where he sets up a picknik...
2) the main character is a first-year, glasses-wearing super cool high schooler who is awesome at everything he does (fighting a wasp to the end in the class room, for one). The title is his name.
