Maybe I am crazy, but I have a theory that Lila is actually a man. My reasoning is:
1. In one panel when Ash first went back to the capital, he groped her at the crotch when she mentioned something about her real self being an entire mystery. I read it as Lila wanting to be a beautiful woman, and Ash trying to contradict her by showing that she actually has a "bulge" there. Otherwise I found it weird that Ash would grope a woman. Also, her friend Charite also didn't do anything when Ash groped her. I think she also knows that Lila is actually a man (maybe that's the start of her fujoshi days).
2. Lila's impractical clothes. Her clothes barely cover her nipples. You can also see clearly that she wears nothing underneath. I highly doubt any woman would dare to wear clothes like that outside, no matter how sexy she wants to be. But if we consider that she is actually a man, it kinda make sense. That's why she doesn't feel much shame in showing her bare upper body.
3. Her body. If she is a woman, she is really, really flat. You can see that she has no breast at all. Ash might actually be bigger than her. You can also see in some panels that she might have a rather well-defined chest and maybe even abs. You can see a line running from her navel upwards that seems to imply them.
I know that maybe I am just crazy and reading too much into it, but the chapter 14 where Ash groped her crotch really feels weird if she is a girl. Why would he do that?
I like the fact that though MC seems self-centered at times, he always protect the children first whenever something bad happens. While he doesn't seem loving and caring, I believe that he is actually like that deep down. It's just that he grew up with hardship, so he built a hard shell to protect himself.

Gosh, I love it so much when being gay is treated casually. Like, "oh, he has a boyfriend? Anyway..." I think that should be the standard.
I kinda ship MC with the actress. Their relationship is pretty cute. I love the scene where their elbows slightly touched in the cinema.
Also, if anyone is confused about the word "diptyque ta*dao" mentioned in ch.67, it's the perfume the actress was wearing. MC always notices this perfume coming from her whenever they meet. I like to think that she purposefully wears this perfume whenever she meet MC just because he complimented her about it the first time they met. She also gave him a tumbler full of drink when he delivered the car. That's why he mentioned the tumbler in the recent chapters.
I wonder just how many fetishes the author will be able to fit into this webtoon. I am not complaining, of course. It's just something I genuinely wonder.
