I agree wholeheartedly, but nowadays the line between dark romance and straight up crime has thinned so much. Like some of the dark romances is literally just stalking, rape, and objectification. I used to dislike dark romance and now id throw such a book off the Burj Khalifa ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ

What ive noticed with a lot of chinese manhuas is that they will NOT stop talking about how going in the sun makes you dark and to wear sunscreen making it seem that meaning tan is ugly or something racism in mangas, manhwas, mahuuas in general is very common and very disappointing and im so glad others are now finally addressing this issue
