They apparently separate themself from fiction so hard that they dont feel uncomfortable by a graphic depiction of some little kid getting raped by their dad, But I dont get it how that works, like obviously this fictional scenario isnt real and the manga characters aren't real either but you're real and the thing the manga is depicting happens in real life.
