Before I keep reading this, is there ANY like actual romance between the two mcs? or is that only in the novel?
I genuinely couldn't care less about his back story imo. Like come on now. I understand giving insight to characters, but how many chapters deep are we in this story? Shouldn't getting to know the character be done with by now?
Move it to the future and give us the main couple's story. That's literally probably the only reason so many ppl haven't dropped this series yet

I don't care about y'all's complaints, (the writing, the pacing, etc.) this is genuinely one of my favorite things to read and I reread it all the time! I love it so much and the art work is amazing. Seriously, I'm gonna be so sad when it ends
