i think chaejun has the right to think of seunghyeon’s brother as creepy. mainly because he's too overprotective. it's referenced a lot in the chapters, because he still sees seunghyeon as a little boy and can't cope with the fact that he is mature enough to live alone and without his help. also chaejun only knows him based on the brother spying on seunghyeon and hating chaejun so... i agree that fucking in his brother's apartment is wrong, but i get why he'd call him creepy
honestly if they had a better relationsship it wouldnt come across like that...the brothers are not Even seeing each other a lot and the uke is Always avoiding him because of the misunderstanding which is childish tbh yes the Brother nags a little bot but chaejun also comes across sketchy tbh also it was fucking wrong from him bot to want that the uke wakes up and goes to the Hospital to care for bis Brother which is Alone
