I don't think he knows, for what I understand Oliver is keeping it a secret so the uncle do not attack him as the previous king seems to did, I want to believe that he would kill his uncle too if he indeed knew about it and I don't think he told anyone about the previous King doing that shit to him... Oliver probably knows about the ML's trauma, whether he was told about it or witnessed it, and that's why he's enduring what the uncle is doing to him, as I recall that was their deal. So I doubt the ML knows about it.
