I see some people confused on why he went back to the priest despite being raped by him when he was vulnerable, the mc has always used sexual pleasure as a way to forget or get over tough situations so when they (ml & mc) distanced for a bit he was hurting alot, him sleeping with the priest is a form of self destructiveness and his only way of coping with his past traumas and current overwhelming events.
Another thing i noticed is mc has ptsd (caused by his childhood) and it's very noticeable him killing someone whether by accident or on purpose he starts to have symptoms like a panic attack, severe anxiety, and guilt.

Why was the ending kinda rushed... the random timeskip well i was thinking the author was gonna make taichi realize that he's bi with the timeskip but no... we just see toma and taichi living together with no buildup for their relationship to blossom, i hate that the ending was left as an open ending... so many issues were handled gracefully then the ending is just "it's whatever you think it is!!!" I mean it's obvious they got together but why not... address the big ass elephant in the room IT'S RIGHT THERE... For my sanity i'll js imagine the writing that builds up toma & taichi's relationship and his realization that he is bi then he confesses to toma

This manhwa does a goodjob at showcasing internalized homophobia that leads to cheating & anxious attachment behavior that develops into obsession.
I been seeing that people love romanticize mental issues and make it like a cute quirk or just a "bad habit" this especially goes toward people with anxious attachment & avoidant attachment. Avoidant attachment people are treated like satan on earth while anxious attachment people are treated like babies and "cute shy person", this manhwa shows how bad anxious attachment can get and it developing into obsession, prying into their personal life, high levels of clinginess, and romanticized vers of their partner. Anxious & avoidant attachment are both issues!!!! None of them should be drowned into this cute little quirk people have. People getting uncomfortable at the mc makes me glad that people do realize how bad it can get and how severely it affects people around you.
Now... the ml always put his image first before his bf going so far as to cheat and date a girl behind the mc. In our current world where bigotry is increasing more and more everyday due to far right people being in power and people getting influenced by right propaganda as well as religious texts. I understand why the ml wants to keep his image because you would lose many job opportunities for being gay as it is "sinful" and "unnatural" but not only job opportunities, relationships count as showcased in the story. The ml only using his bf for his sexual desires while fulfilling a straight image with the girl from his job because homosexuality is "gross" and "men shouldn't be with men". You can see his internalized homophobia through his defensiveness in the gc, feeling glad when he could explain things to the girl from the restaurant, his remarks against homosexuality. This is a big issue when it comes to queer people it leads them to get conversion therapy (not a real therapy, gay people are natural and have always existed in history), not accepting oneself, self hatred. Moving forward, harassment and non-acceptence of himself, bigoted mindset led to him cheating (there is no excuse for cheating!!!!!!!!!) In order to appear "normal" in a country like korea where bullying & online harassment is highly common.
In conclusion: BOTH are horrible people and that needs to work on their issues. I think people didn't really think or understand about the situation what & where the both characters were given that led to them not understanding the issues the manhwa was presenting then calling it "slop". I do like this manhwa because it does goodjob (imo) in showing these issues despite being so short so i wish this was longer..

Everything went by so fast helloooo why are we zooming through everything the crush part, the friends with benefits all of it was faster than the speed of light.... did the author realize mid way they can't fit the plot within the given chapters and decided to rush everything or they can't write at all.... like this is so boring and rushed
