The braincells I’m losing read this… first, yes her dad does suck a lot but I’m blaming the majority on her mom cus WHY TF WOULD U STAY IN THE DRAGON LAND ONCE U FOUND OUT U WERE PREGNANT??? Even if she was too weak, she could have told her sister to deliver the child to dad, instead of making her stay with dragons who clearly want her dead. Dad acts cold cus of the trauma mom gave him, heck at first she doesn’t even know if it’s really HIS kid and he doesn’t even think she’s dead cus for what he knows she fcked off to dragon land after trying to kill him and 10 years later a random kid shows up saying ur ex lover is dead and ur the dad like
Also this ML is seriously giving me the ick, there’s a right way to do the sly arrogant personality and it is not making a 13 year old smirk after eat a strawberry off a 10 year olds fork. He’s so entitled, like why does he hate her body guard for being protective of her like that’s his job??? “Know his place” his place is by her side protecting her, u guys are barely friends stfu
It's a terrible shame or misfortune that the ML isn't Izren, he had more chemistry with the protagonist than the pseudo-prince.
To add to this,while knowing that ppl are gonna judge her and that her going with the dragons means death for her and everyone,she still goes bcs a little dumbass girl was scared of her

It has happened to me before where I don't get notified for S while even though the manga does get updated. I have been receiving notifications these past few days but not from all that I should be receiving updates. IDK whats wrong. I thought it was just for me this was happening since I have so many manga I'm reading lol

I love the Arel, Mehen, Dad dynamic but I’m so annoyed at the crown prince. He’s pushy af and doesn’t know boundaries and disregards everyone and everything for her, it’s like he doesn’t have a personality outside of liking her and being a dog. HES THE CROWN PRINCE! Yeah he’s young, but she CANNOT be his everything, he should have a life and responsibilities that are more than a short panel every 10 chapters to signify why he hasn’t appeared for 10 seconds. He can’t even have personality outside of her in his own home - if he’s with the empress he’s talking about her, if he’s with his father it’s for her medicine, if he’s on the training ground it’s to ask for health advice for her, etc. He’s a clingy kid who imprinted on the first thing he saw and throws tantrums when she so much as looks at someone else, just grow up please
But still, thanks to him..Arel giving up for finally accepting the death and she stopped being alone. She became healthy too
While that’s true, that’s not the point I’m trying to make. My point is he is nothing without her because there is nothing about him besides being the crown prince that doesn’t revolve around her. Getting her a pet dog would do the same thing as him, only have more justification why it’s at her house 24/7.
I think in the end, the changes with Mehen and her dad would eventually get her there even if the ML wasn’t as present as he is now.
Let's just wait until the become adult. But i guess we need to marinate this for years to be able to see that
