If you haven't already done, wash your pillowcase once a week, washing your face is kind of counterproductive if your pillow has oils and dirt from your hair, ect.
Moisturize, wash your pillowcases, wash your bath towels. If your normal moisturizer isn't working, try to find a moisturizer with aloe in it. Those moisturizing face sheets are really good as well.
