4. When the omega is in the hospital, is told that the alpha was in a business trip but his friend (a girl who he used to work with) tell him that the boss (the alpha) was on vacation so suddenly.
5. The omega though that he was playing around with women like he used to. But actually the alpha is alone in an island that he bought to pass his rut.
6. The omega goes to the island and they talk (until now the alpha does not apologize) and they confess each other. You know, they have reconciliation sex.
7. Time pass an the baby is born. The alpha asked the omega to marry him.

He marks the omega several times because the mark disappeared. In the extra the doctor said that maybe it's because he is a mutated omega (beta who was changed to omega). At the end of the extra the mark is finally stable.
