He marks the omega several times because the mark disappeared. In the extra the doctor said that maybe it's because he is a mutated omega (beta who was changed to omega). At the end of the extra the mark is finally stable.

There is an story about a watch that the omega has to buy but it's an impossible item. When he gets the watch, the alpha knew that he was in love with the omega.
Thank you so much. I think that part is on extra. That is why, until now, I still hate the seme and still a trash because there is no aspect or background that he is redeemable in all aspect.
