The author always makes the mc do badly thought out things so she can put them through more trauma. I hope for the best with this story but it’s probably going to turn into a Stockholm Syndrome type thing where the author attempts to make the sexual abuser into this “victim”. But I can only hope that halfway through this story the author kills pretty boy off and gives mc a loving partner that won’t abuse them physically, emotionally and sexually. : )
