It only made me cry again lol. It's so tragic likeeee it's so anxiety inducing? ya know what I mean the type where you yourself the reader can feel the character's pain, fear, anxiousness, doubts, etc. man IT'S SO GOOD IT HURTS.
BUT OK I'M GLAD THEY DIDN'T MAKE DOHYUN TOO NONCHALANT HERE CUZ HE WAS REAAALLY FEELING IT IN THE NOVEL.
Some panels, especially the first time he got raped and kidnapped gave me the ya know anger you can't comprehend I think I felt my heart physically ache. I'm not really a sensitive person nor I'm easily triggered but seeing our MC's fear and distress reminds me of how this is happening IRL (that victims goes through agonizing pain, fear, disgust, hopelessness), it's happening now, it happened before and it'll happen again to unfortunate victims. Other than that, the ending is fitting. There's nothing else that can heal MC but these two losers he's too far gone.
The writing is really good, their relationship dynamic isn't forced and the pacing is done well. However I'm still unsatisfied that Hawon's rapists are still not punished. I'm hoping in the side stories if ever there's one, they'd face the consequences and I will be at peace.
HAHAHSHS but anyway great short story I think. I love the ML's design, the uke not my type but it's aight.

The novel about their past was so sweet but oh boy the anxiety and anger I felt there when they frame up MC and deceived our ML. You cannot blame. Him at All. ML gave MC allat of trust. By allat, I mean A LOT. Even seeing fake evidences he didn't believe them not until he saw it with his own two eyes which is btw still a frameup but it was too realistic so you can't blame ML at all. I'm just glad they'll clear the misunderstanding in the future <333 also fuck the ML's family LOLZ DIE
Idk why everyone hates Xinlu when this is a very valid retaliation and while I don't support him forcing himself to Taeiu. That man was deceived by Ilay. The humiliation and pain he took for the sake of the promise Ilay broke. I'd be mad asf too if that happens to me. Not only he spread his legs for someone he hates, he lost one of his vision too. Don't get me wrong I love Ilay too but hating Xinlu this much is just funny lol.
