And honestly… if everything was actually okay, I don’t think chapter 100 would’ve ended like this. Jaekyung looked like someone grieving, not someone calmly letting go.
Even the closet scene feels weirdly emotional. Dan wonders what to do with it, and Jaekyung immediately says “Leave it to me.” Almost like he wants to preserve the space Dan had there because he feels guilty about everything that happened.
I think Jaekyung blames himself because the accident indirectly caused Dan to miss Granny’s final moments. That would explain why he’s acting so devastated and why he lets Dan leave even though he clearly still loves him. Not because he stopped caring, but because he thinks: “I’ve already hurt him enough.”
I guess the chairman might've threatened Haebom that if he ever saw him and Teasung together, he might harm Taesung and the red-haired guy must have graped him or something. Idk, just a prediction.
