I don't know why they stopped with the "I'll ditch him once he starts falling for me" plotline. Or they could at least have showed why he didn't do it because around 10 chapters or so were revolved around that plotline.

I’ve read the whole novel and it was so beautifully written. The manhwa did the novel it justice because it follows the novel go the tee! Here’s the spoiler , so our ML knew that the MC was a boy, it was when they got drunk at the hotel and he accidentally say “Huyng”. The night the grandpa was dying, they were on their way to see him but they got into an accident Nd the ML was trying to protect MC so he got really badly hurt. Our MC woke up but ML had not woken up yet. The ML family was angry that their son protect the MC even after knowing that he was a man. So they told the MC to disappear. Our MC wanted to see ML before he go but the family didn’t let him (that’s why you see the flashback with the brother saying to choose money or seeing the brother). When the ML woke up , they told him that the MC die. ML was so miserable and kept trying to find the MC. He then got into another accident and that is when he lost his memories. I don’t remember when exactly the ML regain his memories since it’s been a minute since I’ve read it but it was around the time they went back to the grandpa house to pack up things. The dad and brother gonna tried to break them up again but our ML will protect MC . The grandpa left something for the ML that will protect them both. They have a happy ending. I didn’t get to read the side but I’m excited for everything to be adapted in the manhwa next season. Sorry if I’m missing some part, I’m not great at explaining and it’s been a minute since I’ve read the novel.

Is it just me or was there anyone else who thought that the story was a little incomplete? I mean what happened to the people after the dragon and emperor got stabbed? What happened with the sorceress? I guess I'm just a sucker for stories that tie their loose ends.
I really love the art and the characters though.
All the comments and reactions make me realize how great this manhwa is. People are agonizing over fictional characters. No matter their what their opinion is, people are actually invested in characters that aren't even real.
Just goes to show the author's hard work regarding the manga. It is her imagination that brought all these people together.
