Anyways, I really enjoy angst stories like this once. I know they both love each other, sometimes love alone don't enough!
He knows, its part of why he hates himself for it. For not being able to like protect the mc and all lat, I feel just deep sadness from brett its heartbreaking looking at him looking lifeless when he was wronged I fr cried.
I cried too. It was really difficult to read that as a survivor myself. I don't think Hayden could have done anything since Brett doesn't allow himself to show any vulnerability (or at least in that part of the story) I hope they can grow even closer now.
