I need to rant
He is the most insufferable fool in this series. He made everyone suffer so much just because he was a fool who believed anyone and not to be skeptical about it. I know it's a royal family and they have a history of snake behavior but to hell with him, he made his brothers suffer because he was an insecure fool. Samuel and the mage master does not deserve to carry his mess.
