Can someone recap/explain what the helly has been going on since chapter 1. I think I had it down halfway, then started to lose grasp of the plot… but I don’t wanna read the novel （/TДT)/
Lmaoo I mean I’m not too entirely sure but apparently our Mc was a hot shot special agent. But after he lost his whole squad he’s been laying low since he couldn’t find the supplier or he thought they were dead. Idk but anyways Mr Guk was also there when our mc’s squad got wiped out. And I believe he’s now helping? Our mc? I’m still confused on this part. Anywho now our mc and Guk are romantically intertwined. I’m curious to see what happens next lmaooo
MC used to be part of a special ops squad that got sent to a suicide mission because they refused to follow higher up’s orders to eliminate innocent people. When he came back as one of the only survivors, his allies in the government falsified his records and let him live an ordinary life as an office worker. Mr Guk was there on that mission because he heard rumors of a strong person that rivaled him and he was curious to meet them but all he found was a half dead agent who disappeared on him as soon as he healed (he doesn’t know this was the MC) and he holds a grudge against him for that. Right now in the story the MC has found out that the captain of the squad that killed his group, is still alive so he used his past knowledge of the ant house to set it into self destruct mode so he can kill them while also expecting to die too. Btw it hasn’t been mentioned but the MC’s eyes look the way they do and the reason why he’s able to take people down so easily is because he has some type of mysterious ability that makes people freeze when they look into his eyes
