No it just means that they won't take the side stories out where they kiss and it's implied that they do the nasty ( ＴДＴ)

the illustration hasnt gotten far enough for censorship yet, those scenes dont happen until much later. thankfully they wont be censored now though.
I want to peel my skin off knowing this just got dropped.
