I think it's BL, I don't know the summary but I remember there's this chapter where the mc was injured( not that badly) and the ml decided to go to the hospital but the mc said he doesn't like hospital and the ml take it like a child throwing tantrums that he didn't like hospital but when they arrive he saw the mc kinda hyperventilating besides him in the car and so they drive to his home and called his doctor to check on the mc's condition.
