i love this tragic story sm, to the point i wish sioanne won't end up with duke etienne. let her love die with the slave etienne that had been killed by the duke himself, lest she will again fall under duke etienne's toxic love. yes to tragic ending befitting this tragic story
idk the fl is so cute and she can communicate well, imo. sure the ml is a bit iffy at first, but he came around and the misunderstanding got resolved quickly ( ´◡‿ゝ◡`) hope they'll became even more lovey dovey, this perverted couple hehe

the drama, the suspense, the flow, the characters. it's all so good. i love how mc is not so cunning, but not so naive, she's resilient that's for sure. it's really nice to have something that isn't "too much".
and the fact that she's willing to sacrifice herself for the sake of her family and the goal she's willing to achieve is really... i don't really have the word to describe it. like it's the mindset of "to hell with my dignity and to hell with my reputation, i'll drag myself down to the pit of hell if that's the price of pulling you down to it with me."
and i really love the use of ml here, to make him having a same enemy as her, an interest that she could help him with. i really love it when they start with the main goals and benefits in mind rather than doing it for love, because to be for real, it's not realistic that he would fall in love with her just after a few interaction then decide to help her, which some manhwa/manga with this trope always mix up, interest≠affection. oh and it's not just because of amusement for him, because by working together, he actually benefited from it, really smart.
i'll continue to see how this goes, it has a great potential and start.
