I’m your age, and we’re children so don’t diet or anything. I suggest getting into a sports anime and trying out the sport! Personally I love biking so I started watching yowamushi pedal and I blast hime hime princess when I cycle with my fundanshi club. Oh yeah, find people to excerise with! Meetup.com is good but you can also meet people if your parents put you in a summer camp.
Lastly, swimming is the ultimate sport. You move your entire body and doing a couple of laps a day can make a difference. Be sure to stay hydrated tho!

For your height, you ARE thin. Stop with this bullshit of wanting to be thin and saying you're repulsed when you look in the mirror when your weight is optimal. Or what, you think your bones sticking out are sexy?! You're 13 yo, for God's sake, you're going through puberty. Or do you want to fuck up your metabolism for life?
Don’t set a goal of I want to be thin but rather, I want to be healthy!!! And that’s no problem at all. I suggest cutting out sugary drinks and junk food. Just simply changing those little things should help you out a bit. Maybe take some walks in the afternoon for abt 30-45 mins. Drink water before you eat, it will make your appetite smaller...in a healthy way. Also try not to eat after 9 at night. If u ware serious abt a diet maybe talk to your doctor tho I recommend the Keto diet...it’s not extremely strict because it lets you eat fatty food but still a low carb diet. Eat ALL 3 meals. There no point in starving. If you do all this you should lose abt 1-2lbs a week..prob 3-5lbs in the first week. Pls be careful, don’t be extreme! Also remember that losing weight is a LONG, TEDIOUS, AND OFTEN DEPRESSING process but one it helps you feel great!! You must be patient! Tbh I am about your height and I used to weigh the same! If not more too! Now I am much lighter about 110lbs or abt 48-49kg! Tho I am older than you...I am 16...ik I am short. But pls be careful, and don’t stress. Stick to your goals! And don’t stress. also if u want a thinner waist maybe do some abs exercises....I suggest this youtuber called blogilates. She has an amazing 100 day ab challenge. And her 5min workout for abs are good too!
Great idea! Im actually trying to ecxercise more these days but after loosing my gym shoes I lied to my parents that my handball coach was going to vacation. I JUST DINDT WANT TO DISSAPOINT THEM. I had to google it up because I don't use the metric system. Girl, you taller than me and weigh less than me. (I'm 14 rn, 151 cm I think, 58 kgs; I googled) I suggest walking around your town or where ever you are (be safe though). I do that and though I'm not a doctor, at least I hope in my short little heart, I'll get thinner. Oh, and AwesomePerson touched on all the dots to being the thinner, healthier person. (I'll take some of those tips myself.)
The fact you didn't even though that they were talking about cocaine shows that your not old enough to even worry about being thin. You've barely hit puberty, weight is not a worry right now. Also being 5'3 and 54kg is skinny and you have a healthy bmi, lose more weight and you will soon pick up an eating disorder as well as body dysphoria. Do you really want to end up like Eugenia Cooney? Also when people are trying to get thin, it takes months, trying to do so this close to summer time would mean endangering your health. If you still want to lose weight then cut out processed sugars and go out more, get into a sport, preferably swimming. Don't do some weight crashing bs where you totally cut out a food group, don't diet at all at this age, just eat healthier and make healthier choices. Unsafely diet and you could lose your life, not have enough food intake and your body will go for your muscles instead, including your heart.
The only advice I can give you if you truly want to lose weight is...Live a healthy lifestyle. Honestly, I did some pretty stupid shit trying to lose weight (Diet pills, starvation, fasting for 16 hours but bringe eating, follow bullshit guru lose ten pounds in one week sort of thing). I wanted to lose weight to be "pretty" but it turned into unhealthy eating habits and eating disorders. What I did is I took it easy first. Do something that you can do in the long run. I liked walking so everyday I walked 2-3 miles a day (It helped gather my thoughts) slowly I changed my diet. You don't want to go all in but slowly in. I started to take out junk food and substitute with with nuts, and fruits. Also, I started to cook at home more. I mean, I was living on a tight budget (due to being a student in college) but I made it work.

Idk abt cm cuz I where I live we don’t use the metric system..lol I think u can guess where! but I am actually 4’9-4’10ish...yea I am short. So u don’t actually need to lose much weight. :) but still follow my tips if you want a healthier lifestyle...one thing I would add that someone commented was cooking/eating at home! It works wonders! Also make small adjustments in ur diet like switching from whole milk to skim milk or from white bread to whole grain.

OK. I actually got unblock. I just had to maybe wait for some hours. I definetly did not wait until a day but I went to my PC and it totally worked. I also went back to check on my phone and it also worked again.
