people love to talk about dohun like hes this sort of scheming omnipresence in yuwons life but i really appreciate unchanged mans writing in that it truly misdirects you into thinking dohun has so much more control than he actually does… hes genuinely one of the most constricted, trapped characters in the entire narrative and it would do the fandom a great service to treat him as such of course itll have to be revealed SPOILER ALERT that he had no idea he was going to meet yuwon again at the company and every obsessive action weve seen from him thus far has been the result of snowballing anxiety (which dohun doesnt really show in a normal way, of course, outside of generally being a bit intimidating and possessive from yuwons POV) and hatred towards his greedy coworkers.
That's so true. I didn't even realise this until you mentioned it. When I first read this, I got the impression that Dohun was this guy who was 10 steps ahead of everyone and had complete control, unlike Yuwon. But his whole backstory made it seem like he, too, was a person with no control over his life, kind of like a foil to Yuwon. Dohun, like Yuwon, had no say in the way things were, but unlike Yuwon, who didn't want to watch as Dohun was hurt as a kid on the playground and stepped up and took control, Dohun seems always to be swept in the waves of his family and did whatever they wanted. IDK if what I said made sense, but this story is genuinely gold.

it’s honestly amazing how throughout the new chapters we see Dohun’s pov unveils and it reveals how the concept of him being controlling and INTENTIONALLY manipulating Yuwon’s life turns out to be false… it’s so so amazing how the earlier concept of Dohun is starting to be broken once we see his pov
seth diehard fans r such boy moms like “omg my precious baby he did nothing wrong!! just let him be with nephthys!!!” like are we reading this with our eyes closed hello!!?? personally i think the story sets up the whole family relationship cataclysm reasonably from the very beginning and anyone who still thinks seth is some innocent victim with absolvable wrongdoing and no agency is pretty illiterate. seth has definitely gone through a lot of terrible shit but so has basically everyone else.

Well, I think Seth is much better than compared to others. I agree that all of them are terrible but in the start Seth and Isis were definitely the victims. Even then, Seth and Nephthys was only one who were being punished and who repented. I dislike how Isis just blamed and punished Seth because she still has feelings for Osiris. So yeah, although Seth is not all innocent but he did get the short stick all the time.

Seth did bad things yeah anyone can see that but they can’t just blame only Seth cause they all did bad things Seth was a perfectly normal guy till Osiris obsession came along isis new things and left her brother to suffer even after knowing he was raped and abused by Osiris nephthys was cursed but she still had a huge plot to play in Seth’s madness and then dared to blame him everyone there was an ass and yes Seth is the biggest victim in all this cause they all used him for their selfish desires I only truly hate Seth for what he did to Horus that’s it cause if it’s his madness everyone in this story played a part in it and let it unfold only to blame it all on him later

The point of the comment was he DID do bad things but everyone downplays them and paints him as an innocent guy just because they like him. The story intentionally portrayed Seth as someone who did these bad things, there's no reason to erase them and pretend he never did them just to call him innocent
