I don't think he does it often with other partners anymore like how it was in the past after he and Uzuki finally exchanged confessions, and the assassination issue finally solved. I know, "spoiler alert", but honestly, it's not a surprising outcome. I doubt he'll stop having sex with girls though, as long as he's part of the yakuza because he has an image and reputation to maintain, and an ordinary civilian to protect, but honestly, these are all just my assumptions/speculations since we don't really get to see the seme be with other women anymore after that 4-way scene.
