It takes place in a post-apocalyptic world where everyone lives on gigantic ships (?) I don’t remember it very well, but they were like cities floating on the water. Honestly, I don’t remember the plot, but the art style was amazing. I think it had a female lead. Please help!
No :( but thanks. The art style was on another level, it was super detailed. And it wasn’t a short story

I realize this manga doesn't quite fit your description, but it does share some similarities. So, could this perhaps be it?

It is not, but looks interesting, thanks. Maybe I’m wrong but I think another element was sea monsters. I remember so little that I’m starting to believe it was all in my head hahahah
I’ve found it. It’s called DeepWater in mangago (real title: Leviathan) :)))) In my memories it was in black and white lol but I was wrong. If you read it let me know if you like it
No, i've never heard of it. I only know an anime named Leviathan but i don't think they're related.
