I've been trying to read Bj Alex and Cherry Blossoms but it keeps telling me that 'the page you request is not available yet' for many days. Is it just me? Or anyone else??
Based on my personal experienced when I was in Seoul I can't open wdtfs panel (this manga was from lezhin and lezhin centered in South Korea) but it was running ok when I use a VPN. Mangago apparently blocked some sights in several sensitive countries, they're avoid being taken down by those authorities. It's not necessarily true, I don't know

countries like usa, uk and canada are blocked from mangago, i know singapore works fine! good luck!
It’s most likely blocked in your country. I live in America so I’m not sure if it works for you but it works perfectly fine for me
