There is male-on-male rape scene although it's not really fetishized. I think the author deals pretty well with male rape victims' post-traumatic experiences, but then it's my personal opinion. Also the original mythological Contendings of Horus and Seth is weird enough as it is, if judged with modern eyes ╮(￣▽￣)╭

yo, hear me out, i hated the ex so much for how he treated yoon and when he first started to regret it i wasn't feeling sorry for him at all. but I'm starting to feel differently now. i feel like his current partner forced him into the relationship they're currently in and - idk how to describe it - but he's almost manipulated him into rejecting anything to do with yoon. Basiccally, he's a toxic needy guy who wants to have everything his way. now i'm not defending the ex, but he soon realised that he still loves yoon, and didn't get the closure he needed to move on because his new bf basically convinced him to move on and that yoon is probs dead or just moved on as well. so idk. i'm genuinely enjoying this and it's evoking so much sadness in me because of the struggles that yoon is going through and i just want him to be happy with whoever. seme is now realising his feelings for yoon despite being cold and giving mixed signals when he was sleeping with yoon. so honestly it could take the route of "love or hate" but i'll wait and see.
