In the beginning, i thought the previous blue king is the older brother of the present blue king and it was so confusing when ruri talked about blue king's childhood in the cathedral.
Furthermore, i think the castor and pollux story that was told in ch 2 is a foreshadowing of the previous and present blue king story. The castor is the older brother and pollux is the younger brother who possessed the blood of the god (a shah? Perhaps).
So, the previous blue king was actually the younger brother of the present blue king. The previous blue king was also lovers with the present purple king hence explain why he died (because of the curse). That explain why ruri said shah (the present blue king) is 4 years older than her, eventhough she looked to be the same age as the shah (previous blue king) when she first met him. At first, i assume that the young blue king was the present blue king but then in ch 18, we will see the young blue king hugged his older brother (i assume the present blue king). Now i understand why ruri said 'we' in the cathedral when she was talking about 'shah' when he was young and the blue king was stunned(?). Can somebody who can read the japanese raws and the spanish translation confirm this?
