So are there multiple tapes that belong to players that can be inserted and it will wake up different versions of them with different memories? What happens to new Bada if they end up finding old Bada’s hidden tape?

yes. this was shown when they inserted yongtaeks black and white tapes. as for this "What happens to new Bada if they end up finding old Bada’s hidden tape?" the memories from the old hidden tape will be added to the current Bada's memories
yes! for example Doha hasn't found his very first tape, so he doesn't remember all the cute hairstyles of Bada or making him spicy noodles. But he doesn't care at all because he fell in love with Bada in his second tape, so it is all what it matters, he still wants to remember the hairstyles.
*I meant Doha gets jealous because Yongtae knows about all Bada's hairstyles except Doha because he doesn't remember due he doesn't have his first tape (his first memories) :(
