i saw that you put this on "already read", so go on the main page for this manga and where it says "i already read" press either delete or edit then take out the tick on "subscribe this manga"

I think your reading status is set to ‘now reading’ / ‘already read’, so you keep getting notifications. Try press delete to stop the notifications
