So what ive noticed is your body runs on how you train it. If you cut yourself back to one meal a day at a certain time then your body will be fine UNTIL that time. If I start eating breakfast then if I skip one day my body will be 'wheres food?' Itll be uncomfortable but you gotta just not eat sporadically and after a couple days your body will on......
