Its actually destroying the youth. Watch an old cartoon vs one now. Old cartoons taught patience. I have nephews and their attention span is nonexistent. I have diagnosed adhd since 2nd grade and even I had more of an attention span as a child than these kids.
My therapist said it's a symptom of ADHD and also your body being in 'fight or flight' constantly. Your brain only has the energy to remember in the moment things. But def talk to your pcp.
