It goes that there’s an apocalypse (surprise surprise), zombies and everything. The Mc is a girl, and she lives by herself and I think she knew it was coming and stocked up? Anyways, eventually the ML somehow gets into her place and starts living with her bc of something, there’s a scene I think of you’ve ever read you’ll remember.. so she’s on her period, and the ML uses the dirty pads/tampons or whatever to lure zombies away by throwing the bag out the window it sounds insane but I remember chuckling outloud to it while reading so I think that means something
